Privacy Policy.

1. What we collect

• Account / contact: name, email, WhatsApp number, company name — submitted directly when you message us or pay.
• Payment: processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). We see transaction metadata only; full card details never touch our servers.
• Conversation content: the messages you and your customers exchange with the Growth Bot, used to operate the Service.
• Site analytics: aggregated, non-personally-identifying metrics via privacy-friendly tools (e.g., PostHog, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) where deployed. No cross-site tracking.

2. Why we collect it

• To deliver the Service you paid for.
• To respond to support and billing requests.
• To improve the Service (model evaluation in aggregate only).
• To meet legal and tax obligations under UAE law.

3. Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments — read their privacy policy).
• WhatsApp Business / Meta (messaging infrastructure — required for the Service to function).
• Hosting providers (Vercel for the site, providers used to run the Growth Bot).
• Sub-processors used to operate the Service. We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertising networks.

4. How long we keep it

Account and billing data: as required by UAE law (typically 5 years for tax). Conversation data: for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

5. Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing beidos@nakamaisland.io. We will respond within 30 days. We will preserve any data the law requires us to retain for fiscal, audit, or compliance reasons.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our infrastructure. Conversation data is access-controlled and only available to engineers operating the Service.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers (Stripe, Vercel, WhatsApp) operate outside the UAE. By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to the safeguards each provider maintains.

8. Cookies and tracking

The site uses local storage to remember your theme and language preferences. If we enable analytics, the tools used are configured for minimum identifiability (PostHog with no person profiling, GA4 anonymised IP, MS Clarity session-replay scoped to UI events only).

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
