Refund Policy.

1. The 24-hour delivery guarantee

If we fail to make the Growth Bot live on your nominated WhatsApp number within 24 hours of receiving payment and the information we need from you, the entire setup fee is refunded in full. The clock starts when we have both: confirmed payment in Stripe, and your discovery answers (portals, tone, listings).

2. The 7-day money-back window

Within 7 calendar days of the bot going live, if you decide the Service does not fit your business, you may request a full refund of the setup fee. No questions, no friction.

• We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Stripe processing fees, where they apply, are absorbed by us.

3. After the 7-day window

The Simple Setup tier is a one-time fee with no recurring charge — there is nothing to "cancel". You keep the live bot. We can offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion if there is a substantive issue.

4. Advanced Setup

Custom-quoted engagements include their own refund and termination terms agreed in the statement of work. The 7-day window does not automatically apply unless explicitly written into the SOW.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly prefer that you contact us first. A chargeback while the Service is live is treated as breach of these terms and may trigger immediate termination. We will always work with you on a refund — please give us the first opportunity.
