Terms of Service.

1. The service

Beidos.app ("the Service") is a structured language-model chat interface ("The Growth Bot") provided by Nakama Island FZCO ("we", "us"), a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. The Service is sold as a one-time setup at the price stated on the site at time of purchase, or under bespoke "Advanced Setup" terms agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of the entity you represent. The Service is intended for business use; consumer purchases are accepted at our discretion.

3. Payment and delivery

• Simple Setup: $1,500 USD one-time, processed via Stripe.
• Delivery: the Service is configured and made live on your nominated WhatsApp number within 24 hours of payment, subject to information from you required for setup. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours through no fault of yours, the setup fee is refunded in full.
• No subscription, no token costs are added to the Simple Setup tier. Advanced Setup is custom-quoted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications, to deceive recipients about its automated nature where law requires disclosure, or for any purpose that violates applicable UAE law including telecommunications and consumer-protection rules. You are responsible for the messages your customers receive via your WhatsApp number.

5. Intellectual property

The underlying platform, prompt architecture, and training methodology remain the property of Nakama Island FZCO. You retain ownership of your business data, customer records, and conversation transcripts on your WhatsApp account.

6. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. A 7-day money-back window applies to the Simple Setup tier.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the emirate where Nakama Island FZCO is registered, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and dated above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
